Tanja Mast is the supervisor of Solid Oak Kennels, a trainer of the Labs,
and the mastermind behind it's creation. Tanja is originally from
Germany, and has been here in the U.S. now for 7 years. Tanja's
fascination with the Lab began in 2001 when she got her first Lab,
Raven. Since then she has grown to love and admire the great breed.
Her unparalleled professionalism and attitude toward perfection is
evident the second you watch her train and care for the breed. Tanja is
also a full time mother of two great kids.

Monika Thomas is the assistant supervisor of Solid Oak Kennels. Monika
is also originally from Germany and has been here in the U.S. now for 2
years, returning with her husband, a retired Army veteran. Monika has
been around dog's her entire life and loves to work and train the Labrador
Retriever. Her desire to perfect every training session equals a dog you
can be proud to have beside you in the blind, or next to the fireplace.
Monika is a very welcomed addition to the Solid Oak family.

returned from Iraq, serving a second tour as a Blackhawk
Medevac pilot. He is now assigned to Fort Rucker for
Instructor Pilot school.

Dom Thomas
Dom Thomas is the man behind the scenes. He is in charge of all the upkeep
and logistical requirements to keep Solid Oak Kennel up and running. He built
all our dog kennels, fences, whelping boxes, signs for SOK etc. His extensive
effort and continued professionalism is a huge reason why SOK runs like it
does. We are very happy to have Dom on our team and appreciate all of his
hard work.
